It has a mixture of kiwi fruit, melon, grapes, orange, pear. You can use almost any fruit to make this fruit cocktail breakfast. Just chop the pieces into bite size pieces. You could cheat a little and buy the fruit mix ready prepared. Oats and fruit with natural yoghurt Another healthy breakfast option is to put some oats into a bowl. Fruit smoothies Melon Fruit Smoothies these are very easy to make but you will need an electric blender. You will need as follows:first peel and de seed your melons then cut into small chunks. Next place everything into your blender and mix until its a smooth consistency. Now pour into a cup and serve. These are drinks they are very filling and full of calories. So if your toddler does not eat anything later. Then don't worry about it they are just not hungry. Quick Breakfast IdeasBoiled egg with toasted soldiers This is really easy breakfast for your child. Boil an egg for three minutes. Then sit in an eggcup and serve with wholemeal bead slices (soldiers) buttered. There is not a lot to say about this easy breakfast recipe other than kids of all ages really enjoy it. Pancakes with syrup Pancakes Ingredients Method: 1.Use a large mixing bowl, then sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth 2. Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter mix into the frying pan. Then use approx 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Scrambled eggs Scrambled eggs ingredints 2fl oz Milk 2 teaspoons of Butter tiny pinch of Salt Method: Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add some milk. Then add a pinch of salt and beat with a whisk for around 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Melt the butter in a frying pan, then as soon as it has meled add the egg mixture and leave to cook for a minute. Then using a wooden spoon or spatula start mixing the eggs. Move the eggs from the outside into the middle. Making sure all the mixture is cooked. Continue to break up the mixture by a little chopping. Then turnover and make sure this side is cooked properly for another 20-25 seconds. Your eggs should now be ready to serve. In the photo they are served with some toasted and buttered wholemeal bread. Toddlers love this easy breakfast recipe as it is soft to eat and still comes with texture and taste.Selection of toasted breads Very easy and simple why not try a selection of toasted breads with spread. Here we have white bread, wholemeal brown bread and fruit loaf. Children especially toddler just love to eat toast at any time of the day. It is definately a good alternative to chocolate coco pops.
