This a great game for your toddler to play. just sit them on a cushion on the floor and get them to pretend they are going out for a drive. Maybe taking you all over to granma's house. Get them to make all the engine noises and tell you which way they are going.

If you want to take it a step further then you will have to make your own car games for kids.

It's easy using our "free printable" kids games pictures of:

  • steering wheels

  • car headlamps

  • speedo

  • and even a car radio
    •

    Simply click on the images to download a PDF picture which you can then print off. Then take your new toddler pictures and stick them onto a large cardboard box.

    That's all there is to do to get your toddler playing driving games for kids. Believe me they will just love making and playing with there new car.

    Pick your car pictures

    There are a few more pictures here than you need. So don't print off all these pictures just choose the ones you want.

    Then print them off seperately on to regular office paper. Each image fits the paper well so they are a good size to make your toddler play car with.

    Then stick these pictures to your box with glue or tape, whatever you have handy. You could even use a marker pen to add some detailing of your own. Mom or dad could even use a craft knife (with care) to cut a car door. Just don't forget to put away safely straight away.

    I know you could go and buy a cheap plastic car for your toddler.

    "But that's no where as much FUN as making one together."

    It really is one of those great toddler activities that you can put together with your toddler. Then give them some ideas of where to drive to then leave their imagination to do the rest.
