Cheesy scrambled eggs recipeCheesy scrambled eggs Ingredients: ( 2oz) Grated Cheddar cheese (or your favorite) 2 Eggs 2fl oz Milk 2 teaspoons of Butter tiny pinch of Salt Method: Grate 2 oz of cheddar cheese. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add some milk. Then add a pinch of salt and beat with a whisk for around 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Next quickly mix in the grated cheese for just 15-20 seconds. Melt the butter in a frying pan, then as soon as it has meled add the egg mixture and leave to cook for a minute. Then using a wooden spoon or spatula start mixing the eggs. Move the eggs from the outside into the middle. Making sure all the mixture is cooked. Continue to break up the mixture by a little chopping. Then turnover and make sure this side is cooked properly for another 20-25 seconds. Your eggs should now be ready to serve. In the photo they are served with some toasted and buttered wholemeal bread. Toddlers love this for a breakfast as it is soft to eat and still comes with texture and taste.Why not print off a few of the toddler recipes you have found on this website that interest you and have go at making some of them. Getting organized!They are all simple to do and don't take a lot of time to cook. Like all things in life it's the getting the ingredients together before you can start that can take the time.
